Please note: Slight packaging dents or powder residue in fertilisers may occur during shipping and are not considered defects.

  • Items will not be replaced if they are found to be in perfect condition upon inspection
  • No replacements for products that have been used or opened
  • Minor transit signs (such as slightly bent packaging) are normal and not eligible for replacement
